La mia coinquilina ha comprata una seduta di laminazione il ciglia...non ha avuto resulta bella. Devi dire che questo prodotto e solo per persona che ha lungo ciglia. Solo spiegata di non mettere olio a faccia. Già buttata il denaro così semplicemente. Che vergogna....fai di sconto a GROUPON pero il prodotto ?????????? . Brutta esperienza! Mi era stato consigliato da un'amica - l'avevo trovato anche su Treatwell dove ha tante recensioni positive che mi avevano convinto. Per la manicure non avevano neanche un banalissimo smalto bianco. Totale spesa 50 euro senza scontrino ne’ ricevuta per un servizio davvero scadente e lento. Assolutamente sconsigliato!!!!! L'obiettivo di chi offre servizi scontati su tale piattaforma dovrebbe essere quello di fidelizzare il cliente e crescere per mezzo del passaparola. Sono sempre tornata come cliente pienamente pagante nei posti dove, nonostante mi fossi presentata con coupon, ho ricevuto trattamenti di livello e altamente professionali. La mancanza di garbo e di professionalità della proprietaria sono un no deciso per il "beauty project". Consiglio un po' meno "cara - amore - tesoro" e un po' più di umiltà, educazione e professionalità. Le tre stelle sono per la signora che mi ha applicato il trattamento che non ha colpa dell'indelicatezza della proprietaria, che ne meriterebbe una. Non ho ricevuto nessuna ricevuta o scontrino per l'importo pagato (in contanti) e non é permesso pagare con Pos. Decisamente male.
