★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho preso un coupon, prima di acquistare ho contatta il centro informando di aver già fatto trattamento in un altro centro, mi hanno detto che avrebbero fatto la consulenza poi se non fossi stata idonea avrebbero fatto il rimborso. Quando ho fatto la consulenza mi è stato detto che non potevo essere tratta poiché il loro laser è medicale ed io ero stata precedentemente trattata con uno estetico, quando sono tornata ho mandato un messaggio con un altro telefono per chiedere info e mi hanno detto che il laser è estetico. Le politiche di Groupon dicono che non si può acquistare due volte lo stesso buono e non che non si può effettuare l'altra parte del trattamento in un altro centro! Se vi scoccia perché ci guadagnate poco lo capisco ma chiarite subito! Dopo i messaggi inviati di tutta risposta mi è stato detto che il centro non si assume la responsabilità di trattare zone già precedentemente trattate altrove, ma invece di far perdere tempo all gente avrebbe potuto dirmelo subito così non sarei proprio andata e ancor più non avrei acquistato il buono che per colpa loro adesso mi ritrovo rimborsato in credito groupon anziché come soldi sul metodo di pagamento!!! La chiarezza prima di tutto!!!
I took a coupon, before buying I contacted the center informing me that I had already done the treatment in another center, they told me that they would do the consultation then if I was not eligible they would make the refund. When I did the consultation I was told that I could not be treated since their laser is medical and I had previously been treated with a cosmetic one, when I returned I sent a message with another phone to ask for info and they told me that the laser is aesthetic. Groupon's policies say that you cannot buy the same voucher twice, and not that you cannot do the other part of the treatment in another center! If it bothers you because you make little money, I understand it but clarify now! After the messages sent in full reply, I was told that the center does not take the responsibility of treating areas previously treated elsewhere, but instead of wasting people time, it could have told me immediately so I would not have gone and even more I would not have bought. the voucher that through their fault I now find myself reimbursed in groupon credit rather than as money on the payment method !!! Clarity first of all !!!

La verità è che non hanno voglia di lavorare con il groupon perché a loro sconviene, utilizzano il sito solo per farsi pubblicità. Mi hanno annullato tutto senza motivo, non hanno risposto a chiamate o messaggio e alla fine si sono giustificati dicendo di aver parlato con la mia amica (che aveva fatto lo stesso acquisto), peccato che il groupon annullato fosse comunque a mio nome. Zero professionalità e serietà.
I purchased the laser offer on groupon, it took months to make an appointment and give a consultation, they bounce you from one center to another, impossible to organize yourself decently. The truth is that they do not want to work with groupon because it is inconvenient for them, they use the site only for advertising. They canceled everything for no reason, they didn't answer any calls or text and in the end they justified themselves by saying that they had talked to my friend (who had made the same purchase), too bad that the canceled groupon was in my name anyway. Zero professionalism and seriousness.
