★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salone all'interno del nuovo ospedale di Prato che comprende centro estetico e parrucchiere. Lo staff é veramente gentile e cordiale , entrambi i servizi sono davvero ottimi e sono rimasta pienamente soddisfatta.
 Salon inside the new hospital in Prato which includes beauty center and hairdresser. The staff is really nice and friendly, both services are really excellent and I was fully satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo sono rimasta amareggiata da come hanno trattato mia madre, una donna di 80 anni, che abbiamo portato nella sedia a rotelle il giorno di dimissione. Avevo fissato per le 13,30 e prendendo l appuntamento avevo specificato che alle 14,30 venivano a prenderla il trasporto della Misericordia; insomma non le hanno dato attenzioni e nemmeno erano nei tempi perché preferirono non fare aspettare un altra cliente.. quando alla parrucchiera, la signora dai capelli ricci dissi che alle 14,30 venivano s prendere mia madre mi rispose che era già tanto che avessero preso il nostro appuntamento. Poi continuò rivolgendosi ad una dottoressa dicendole come battuta guarda che brontolo anche te.. Tanta superbia e miseria umana. Naturalmente non vi rimetteremo più piede e per i capelli di mamma dopo natale si andrà da una parrucchiera!
Unfortunately, I was saddened by how they treated my mother, an 80-year-old woman, whom we took in a wheelchair on the day of discharge. I had fixed for 13.30 and making the appointment I had specified that at 14.30 the transport of Mercy would come to pick her up; in short, they didn't pay attention to her and they weren't even in the times because they preferred not to make another client wait .. when the curly-haired lady at the hairdresser said that at 2.30 pm they were taking my mother replied that it was already a long time they had taken our appointment. Then she continued addressing a doctor, saying to her as a joke, look how grumpy you too .. A lot of pride and human misery. Of course, we will never put your foot back and for mum's hair after Christmas you will go to a hairdresser!
