 Absolutely negative staff who don't speak italian and don't understand.i wanted a cut but they made everything different. They do not even admit the mistake .. absolutely negative.

They are available they put a lot of care in washing the head they make you choose if you want L'Oréal shampoo and conditioner and Eva is really good at the cuts she does with extreme care.
