Mi sono recata da loro per avere un parere in più e, nonostante non fossi loro cliente, e nonostante avessero la fila di persone quel giorno (altro segno positivo), mi hanno dedicato il loro tempo e mi hanno ascoltata e rassicurata con pazienza e attenzione.
