u	ugo rossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al pronto soccorso non piace a nessuno andarci ma purtroppo qualche volta Dobbiamo andarsi, e questo ni sembra un Buon pronto soccorso. Nobody likes going to the ER but unfortunately sometimes We have to go, and this looks like a good first aid.

Per chi si lamenta dell' attesa vorrei informarli che al pronto soccorso esistono i codici rossi che passano prima di chiunque, ovviamente! Perciò se non sei in pericolo di vita l'attesa é un po' più lunga. Always friendly and helpful .... to me every time they did everything there was to do, maybe even more! For those who complain about waiting, I would like to inform them that in the emergency room there are red codes that pass before anyone, of course! Therefore if you are not in danger of life the wait is a little longer.
s	sandro giusti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con rammarico devo assegnare un voto così basso nonostante lo sforzo di dottori ed infermieri,ma finché si darà la possibilità alle os di atteggiarsi da primario la situazione non sarà mai positiva. Il personale del pronto soccorso lavora,ma ricordate bene che chi arriva al pronto soccorso non si diverte, quindi nonostante tutto sorriso e gentilezza il primo abito da indossare la mattina, altrimenti cambiate lavoro. Per il resto..ho trovato un grande caos..poca organizzazione e gestione nei ricoveri. 30 ore in attesa di ricovero.. Su una barella stipata con almeno 35 persone..in un box fatiscente dove nessuno ti chiede come stai,se vuoi bere,non hai la possibilità di mangiare..porta del bagno rotta. Tende mancanti per un elettrocardiogramma..insomma..questa è la sanità che il PD ci ha regalato. Un piccolo ospedale,per tante persone. Ho vissuto questa esperienza,pensando di trovarmi in un campo da guerra..ma non era Bagdad.. Era Prato. Thanks to Dr. Annalaura Di Cristo. Professional, attentive, reassuring. For the rest .. I found a great chaos .. little organization and management in the shelters. 30 hours waiting for hospitalization .. On a stretcher crammed with at least 35 people .. in a dilapidated box where no one asks how you are, if you want to drink, you do not have the opportunity to eat .. broken bathroom door. Missing curtains for an electrocardiogram .. in short .. this is the health that the PD has given us. A small hospital, for many people. I lived this experience, thinking I was in a war camp .. but it wasn't Baghdad .. It was Prato.

Consiglio Careggi. 6 hours of waiting to be treated with arrogance by an unprepared staff, not very attentive to the needs of patients and even slackers. (6 entrances in 6h). Careggi Council.

La signorina addetta all' accettazione non mi neanche dato il tempo di spiegare che cosa avessi( nonostante si vedesse benissimo che stavo male e comunque se fossi stata in buona salute di certo non avrei speso il mio tempo per andare in ospedale) ,minimizzando il mio malessere e ricordandomi che "loro lì si occupano di ben altro".Ho ripreso la mia tessera sanitaria e sono uscita. Capisco l' emergenza covid, ma le persone hanno il diritto a curarsi! Da denuncia! They practically discouraged me from visiting me, treating me like a toe cloth. I took my health card back and went out. I understand the covid emergency, but people have the right to be treated! From complaint!
A	Alessandro Bonacchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ personale sanitario disponibile e preparato che riesce a gestire in uno spazio totalmente inadeguato al bacino di utenza non solo pratese una mole di pazienti impegnativa dando una cura e/o supporto a chiunque ne abbia necessità. Gli accompagnatori vengono fatti giustamente attendere fuori causa norme anticovid ma senza alcun tipo di copertura. In conclusione 1 stella a chi ha pensato lo spazio del pronto soccorso e 5 stelle al personale available and trained health personnel who manage to manage a demanding number of patients in a space totally inadequate for the catchment area not only Prato, giving care and / or support to anyone who needs it. Accompanying persons are rightly made to wait outside due to anticovid regulations but without any type of coverage. In conclusion, 1 star for those who thought of the emergency room and 5 stars for the staff
