★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I proprietari sono molto scortesi con i clienti, specialmente la signora, altezzosa e molto poco gentile con la clientela, di più spalleggiata dal figlio, parimenti scortese e altezzoso come la madre.
Non acquisterò più da loro ma posso far "buona pubblicità " ai tanti miei conoscenti che comprano da loro.
The owners are very rude to customers, especially the lady, haughty and very unkind to customers, more supported by her son, equally rude and haughty like her mother.
I will no longer buy from them but I can make "good publicity" to the many acquaintances of mine who buy from them.

As indicated by others, the owners are rude. Reason enough for me not to go back. Furthermore, they are not competitively priced.
