Io sono rimasta colpita anche dall'ottimo olio pugliese che usa. Finally a different place! Bavaria to castles! Good food, welcoming venue and an owner who follows you personally. Ha di caratteristico un menù pugliese è un menù bavarese che presenta al meglio in un menù semplice ma accattivante. Abbiamo mangiato un antipasto , un secondo abbondante e una birra. Il prezzo non troppo contenuto, circa 32 euro non ha comunque deluso. Ci torneremo. We discovered this nice restaurant located a short distance from the square of Marino. Recently opened and very characteristic. It is close to the covered parking. What is characteristic of an Apulian menu is a Bavarian menu that presents itself at its best in a simple but captivating menu. We ate an appetizer, a large main course and a beer. The not too low price, around 32 euros, however, did not disappoint. We will be back.

Personalmente ho decisamente apprezzato tutto quello che ho potuto assaggiare, compreso il cestino del pane (tutto prodotto dal locale e servito bollente insieme ad un pretzel e a dei taralli) e il dolce, delle mele fritte spolverate di zucchero a velo e cannella e servite con panna e caramello, fragole e una noce di gelato alla vaniglia con scaglie di cioccolato. Il piatto principale (un gulasch accompagnato da spätzle con cipolla croccante) è da provare assolutamente. Un ristorante in cui tornerò sicuramente e a cui auguro il successo che merita Recently opened (October 2021), this Bavarian gasthaus-style venue offers a mix of Italian (with a particular focus on Puglia) and German cuisine with very good dishes. Personally I definitely appreciated everything I was able to taste, including the bread basket (all produced by the restaurant and served hot together with a pretzel and taralli) and the dessert, fried apples sprinkled with icing sugar and cinnamon and served with cream. and caramel, strawberries and a nut of vanilla ice cream with chocolate flakes. The main course (a goulash accompanied by spätzle with crispy onion) is a must try. A restaurant I will definitely return to and to which I wish the success it deserves
