Stefania non solo mi ha consigliato come poterlo rendere più felice ma mi ha aiutata anche a comunicare con lui. Ora io sto imparando a conoscere i suoi bisogni e lui a capire i miei. Non ho avuto nessun consiglio su quale educatore fosse il migliore nella zona e così mi sono buttata su quella che mi ispirava più fiducia. Sono felice di ogni centesimo speso perché merita davvero. Ora il mio polletto 'Egon' non solo è più rilassato e felice ma facciamo insieme uscite nei campi senza guinzaglio e mi ha dimostrato di saper stare con altri cani senza mangiarseli vivi. Oltretutto sempre molto disponibile anche via messaggio. Consigliatissima! Io e Egon ti ringraziamo ❤❤ Simply fantastic! I have a 2 year old Pinscher who was always very aggressive and nervous. Stefania not only advised me how to make him happier but also helped me to communicate with him. Now I am learning to know his needs and he to understand mine. I had no advice on which educator was the best in the area and so I went for the one that inspired me the most. I am happy with every penny spent because it really deserves it. Now my little chicken 'Egon' is not only more relaxed and happy but we go out into the fields together without a leash and he has shown me that he can be with other dogs without eating them alive. Moreover, always very helpful also by message. Highly recommended! Egon and I thank you ❤❤

Ho preso, insieme al mio compagno, un cane in pre-adozione, e, nel giro di pochi giorni, ci siamo resi conto che, purtroppo, la condizione psicologica del cane non era quella che ci era stata presentata. Ci siamo sentiti persi, completamente impreparati e inadeguati ad affrontare la situazione, a rassicurare e gestire un cane che presentava un tale livello di difficoltà. Stefania ci ha aiutati, confortandoci e spiegandoci la situazione. Ho sempre avuto cani, da quando ero piccola, e non ho mai pensato che fosse necessario il parere di un esperto per adottarne un altro; questa esperienza mi ha fatto capire quanto io sia stata "leggera" e fortunata in passato. Consiglio a tutti di rivolgersi a Stefania, o a un altro vero esperto, prima di prendere la decisione di pre-adottare un cane, così da essere completamente consapevoli delle condizioni del cane, di ciò che si sta per fare e delle relative difficoltà. I have to thank Stefania for her help in a delicate and painful moment. I took, together with my partner, a dog in pre-adoption, and, within a few days, we realized that, unfortunately, the psychological condition of the dog was not what we had been presented. We felt lost, completely unprepared and inadequate to face the situation, to reassure and manage a dog that presented such a level of difficulty. Stefania helped us, comforting us and explaining the situation. I have always had dogs, since I was little, and I never thought that an expert opinion was necessary to adopt another one; this experience made me realize how "light" and lucky I have been in the past. I recommend everyone to contact Stefania, or another real expert, before making the decision to pre-adopt a dog, so as to be fully aware of the dog's condition, what you are about to do and the relative difficulties.
