★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bravi a venderti la bici ma poi ti abbandonano.. gentilezza massima fino a che hai pagato, dopo sono solo problemi tuoi! Un problema alla sella liquidato come “è così non ci possiamo fare nulla, è usata”, poi abbigliamento e accessori vecchi di 2/3 stagioni vendute a prezzi folli! Gli va bene che c’è l’incentivo e sono pieni ma l’assistenza scandalosa li ripagherà con gli interessi! Mai più
Good at selling you the bike but then they abandon you .. maximum kindness until you paid, afterwards it's only your problems! A saddle problem cleared up like "that's how we can't do anything, it's used", then 2/3 seasons old clothing and accessories sold at crazy prices! It is good for him that there is an incentive and they are full but the scandalous assistance will pay them back with interest! Never again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spiace,ma hanno perso passione e professionalità. Porto una bici per la riparazione al movimento centrale, passa una settimana e non mi fanno sapere nulla. Il telefono sempre occupato. Allora decido di recarmi e vengo a sapere che la riparazione non era stata effettuata. Decido allora di aspettare, ma ancora nulla. A quel punto ho preso la bici e la riporto a casa Oltre a perdere tempo, hanno perso anche un cliente.
Sorry, but they have lost passion and professionalism. I bring a bike for bottom bracket repair, a week goes by and they don't let me know. The phone is always busy. So I decide to go and I learn that the repair was not carried out. So I decide to wait, but still nothing. At that point I took the bike and take it home. Besides wasting time, they also lost a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da mesi dovevo cambiare la guarnitura e in giro presso altri negozi di biciclette (anche quelli blasonati del milanese) non c'era verso di trovarla "non c'è nulla, non consegnano niente..." era il leitmotiv cui mi sentivo rispondere, poi mi sono ricordato di Battistella, ci passo davanti ogni volta che pedalo sul naviglio e ho provato: "sì, l'abbiamo, vieni quando vuoi". Sono andato, oltrettutto mi hanno consentito di rimanere in officina a dialogare con lo staff durante la lavorazione, e hanno risolto il mio problema, consigliandomi altri piccoli e futuri interventi sulla bici per migliorare tenuta e prestazioni. Ottimo.
