★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Secondo me è il miglior salumiere di Livorno o meglio "il norcino". Bottega di antica tradizione ed esperienza ineguagliabile. Il loro prosciutto, la loro pancetta e le loro salsicce sono stupendi. Le salsicce sono inimitabili, io che le mangio crude sul pane credo di non aver mai assaggiato salsiccie migliori.
In my opinion it is the best butcher in Livorno or better "the pork butcher". Shop of ancient tradition and unparalleled experience. Their ham, their bacon and their sausages are gorgeous. The sausages are inimitable, I who eat them raw on bread believe I have never tasted better sausages.
