In the shop was no one else that's why I cannot understand why I didn't got a service. Actually I was shocked and never happened to me especially I was spoken in Italian to the girls so they could understand me. No go

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pair of shoes was damaged and there were no more in stock. Asked for small discount but was told no, needless to say we did not pay full price for a damaged product and went somewhere else for better service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I had a very unpleasant experience at this place. I was suffering from swollen fingers due to my tight shoes and was desperately looking for sandals to buy so I went to Bata to buy the sandals but unfortunately one of the shop girls was very rude and unhelpful. She barely replied to my question and showes non-chalant behavior even when I told her that I have urgent situation and I can’t walk. The only reason I could imagine for her attitude is that I have middle eastern looks. I wish that the management of this shop will pay more attention to the customer service of their staff. A smiling face and a helpful attitude can make a big difference at any place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service. I arrived at the store about an hour before the shop closes. The 2 pleasant staff members were very helpful and active in assisting me and other customers. They were keen to help and told me about promotional offers. Would go back that's for sure when I visit Italy again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was not expecting to buy something in this shop as I entered just to look around. However thanks to the sales lady who was so friendly and welcoming, I left the shop buying 2 pairs of boots and a bag ? All are leather and I've got a quite good discount comparing to other shops for similar quality. I don't remember her name but I'd like to thank to her if she's reading here. Next time in Rome, for sure I'll come back here ?
