Non mi è stato cambiato perché a loro detta sono usate anche se nuovissime. Servizio scadente e sopratutto dopo molto tempo che sono loro cliente non sono stato soddisfatto. Delusione totale e sopratutto perdita i un cliente! Bought a pair of shoes style Englishman I kept 10 minutes to foot and I have worn heels. I was not changed because they said they are used even if they are brand new. Poor service and especially after a long time since I'm their client I wasn't satisfied. Total disappointment and above all loss of a customer!
