★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appena uscito dal negozio dove ero ritornato per farmi cambiare un blocchetto di ricevute. Il commerciante non poteva ( a sua detta)annullare lo scontrino e ridare indietro parte dei soldi perche gli sarebbe costato troppo in termini fiscali. Ho detto che mi sarei informato al 117 appena uscito di li( cosi come ho fatto) e subito sono stato aggredito verbalmente con toni vicini allo scontro fisico da tal Maurizio. Io reo di aver minacciato di chiamare il 117(nessuna minaccia, ma dato di fatto). Naturalmente la conferma che lo scontrino puo essere annullato e restituito il denaro mi è stata data dalle autorita, che si sono appellate cmq al buon senso, alla discrezionalita e alla correttezza del commerciante. In soldoni se vuole puo ridarti i soldi. Morale ho dovuto comprare altro!
As soon as I left the shop where I had returned to have a slip of receipts changed. The merchant could not (according to him) cancel the receipt and give back part of the money because it would cost him too much in tax terms. I said that I would be informed on 117 as soon as I got out of there (as I did) and immediately I was verbally attacked with tones close to physical confrontation by this Maurizio. I am guilty of having threatened to call 117 (no threat, but fact). Of course, the confirmation that the receipt can be canceled and the money returned was given to me by the authorities, who appealed to common sense, discretion and the correctness of the trader. In a nutshell, if he wants, he can give you your money back. Moral I had to buy more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ...Negozio storico a Foggia e la differenza si vede. Nonostante avessi acquistato una penna non troppo costosa, il personale si è attivato e sostituito il prodotto che presentava un piccolo problema tecnico. Grande assortimento di articoli per l'ufficio. Lo consiglio vivamente...Bravi!!!
... Historical shop in Foggia and you can see the difference. Although I had purchased a not too expensive pen, the staff activated and replaced the product which had a small technical problem. Large assortment of office items. I highly recommend it ... Good !!!
