★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza comprai un anello in oro fatto stringere ,la saldatura salta via dopo pochi mesi ,rivado ma non hanno più l’orafo lo avranno licenziato ,sono ancora in cerca ,però per telefono ti dicono che l’orafo è in ferie .Incompetenti mai più

The saleswoman MIRIAM served me with competence and extreme kindness. Very friendly, expert and fast. I highly recommend this jewelry store in Foggia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi si è rotta la corona all’orologio e il 19 novembre l’ho portato qui per un eventuale riparazione chiedendo prima il preventivo visto che non sapevo se ne valesse la pena o meno. La commessa mi ha detto che avrebbe contattato l’orefice e per telefono mi avrebbero fatto sapere il costo decidendo poi se aggiustare o meno la corona. Oggi 3 gennaio (!) ho chiamato IO visto che non ho ricevuto mai nessuna chiamata in merito al costo del preventivo (visto che sono passati quasi due mesi!) e mi hanno detto che la corona è stata riparata al costo di €20. Ma come riparata? Io ho chiesto un preventivo per sapere se ne valesse la pena o meno, non la riparazione senza neanche chiamarmi per farmi sapere il costo!! Mi ha detto che l’orefice mi aveva chiamato ma non avevo risposto (cosa non vera perché non ho ricevuto nessuna chiamata)! Non è assolutamente per la €20 ma a chi volete fregare? E anche se fosse che non ho risposto al telefono (cosa non vera perché non avete chiamato) chi vi ha dato l’autorizzazione di aggiustare l’orologio? Sono passati due mesi e chissà da quanto tempo è lì..vergognatevi! Siete dei ladri. Sconsigliato a tutti
My watch crown broke and on November 19 I brought it here for a possible repair, asking for a quote first as I didn't know if it was worth it or not. The saleswoman told me that she would contact the goldsmith and by phone they would let me know the cost and then decide whether to fix the crown or not. Today 3 January (!) I called IO as I have never received any call regarding the cost of the quote (since almost two months have passed!) And they told me that the crown was repaired at a cost of € 20. But how is it fixed? I asked for a quote to know if it was worth it or not, not the repair without even calling me to let me know the cost !! He told me that the goldsmith had called me but I had not answered (which is not true because I have not received any calls)! It's definitely not for the € 20 but who do you want to fool? And even if I didn't answer the phone (which is not true because you didn't call) who gave you the authorization to fix the clock? It's been two months and who knows how long it's been there .. shame on you! You are thieves. Not recommended for everyone
