★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con grande dispiacere in quanto ritengo che ci siano tante cose belle da poter comprare devo dire che la qualità è bassa..ho ricevuto in regalo un bracciale e dopo solo averlo indossato per un giorno ha iniziato a perdere una pietra..molto gentilmente me l'hanno sostituito.. peccato che dopo mezz'ora dal ritiro la stessa pietra è caduta..so la delicatezza del bracciale e so anche che non è per causa mia..ho chiesto la sostituzione in quanto sapevo sarebbe stato un prodotto perso ma neanche quella è stata possibile..sono dispiaciuta..
With great regret as I believe there are so many beautiful things to buy I have to say that the quality is low..I received a bracelet as a gift and after just wearing it for a day it started to lose a stone..very kindly me l 'they replaced .. it is a pity that after half an hour from collection the same stone fell .. I know the delicacy of the bracelet and I also know that it is not my fault .. I asked for a replacement as I knew it would be a lost product but neither that was possible .. I'm sorry ..
