I due proprietari sono stati molto antipatici, sembravano quasi scocciati. Ho chiesto loro di farmi vedere qualche anello o paio di orecchini ma si sono rivolti a me in maniera scortese come se non volessero servirmi. Questa cosa era successa anche qualche mese prima quando sono andata lì a richiedere il cambio di un anello perché rovinato, il proprietario mi ha detto che l'avrebbe cambiato solo perché aveva perso delle pietre e non perché avesse cambiato forma perché secondo lui se l'avessi indossato di meno non sarebbe successo tutto questo. Per concludere, consiglierei di rivolgersi a Pandora del grandapulia, molta più cortesia e competenza. Qui ho prenotato un Tissot, semplice a quarzo con calendario perpetuo, da tutti i giorni. Questa mattina, dopo pochi giorni di attesa, l'ho ritirato. Sono veramente soddisfatto del loro pregevole servizio, tutte persone affabili e gentili, in particolare, il proprietario è un professionista molto competente ed è veramente un piacere conversare con lui di orologeria. La signora mi ha rimandata a sostituire un brillantino da un arabo perché "detto da lei" la perdita di un brillantino non rientra in garanzia! Fortunatamente allo store del grandapulia me lo hanno cambiato molto gentilmente poiché la politica di Pandora è quella di garantire per 2 anni il cambio del gioiello per qualsiasi cosa accada! E questo un rivenditore dovrebbe saperlo! Comunque ringrazio il negozio Antonetti per non essersi preso la briga del cambio . Io sicuramente da oggi in poi da voi non metterò più piede anche perché peccate pure in gentilezza e cortesia! Bad experience with replacing a Pandora tennis! N	Natascia Schiavo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza assolutamente da non rifare , è tipo la quarta volta che ritorno in questa gioielleria , che ritengo una delle più fornite di Foggia , ma anche questa volta esperienza veramente poco carina, staff sicuramente disponibile, ma sempre con acidità e con zero voglia di aiutare, tipo scocciate , parlo da commessa , e solitamente bisognerebbe essere sempre disponibili, anche se il cliente è confuso oppure incerto ( e non ci stava casino tranquilli, era un’ora morta)… ho notato soprattutto che certi atteggiamenti avvengono principalmente con ragazzi giovani come me, già se arriva la signora di mezza età, il discorso cambia , come se si avesse uno standard di clienti . Ora leggendo le varie recensioni dove indubbiamente ci sono molte positive , però anche molte negative , io cercherei di migliorare per far sì che le recensioni siano solo ed esclusivamente positive, perché se su 20, 15 la pensano allo stesso modo , qualcosa che effettivamente non va ci sarà !
