Pochi la conoscono ma è veramente un bellissimo monumento. Sarebbe da ripulire spesso visto che la splendida facciata è spesso piena di nero da smog The most beautiful facade of Genoa. R	Roberto Bisceglia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiesa basilica minore in stile neorinascimentale, costruita alla fine del XIX secolo, come quasi tutti i palazzi di Via Assarotti. La facciata è ricca di mosaici e sculture, ma poco visibile dalla strada. L'interno è suntuoso, decisamente troppo, come usava in quel tempo, ad esempio nei 14 confessionali in legno intarsiato. Purtroppo la facciata è annerita dallo smog e necessiterebbe di una profonda pulizia, prima che i marmi si sgretolino. Minor basilica church in Neo-Renaissance style, built at the end of the 19th century, like almost all the buildings on Via Assarotti. The facade is full of mosaics and sculptures, but hardly visible from the street. The interior is sumptuous, far too much, as was the custom at that time, for example in the 14 confessionals in inlaid wood. Unfortunately, the façade is blackened by smog and would need a thorough cleaning, before the marbles crumble.

Bellissimo il pavimento e il mosaico absidale. Beautiful church built in the second half of the nineteenth century after the construction of via Assarotti. The 14 inlaid confessionals are characteristic. The floor and the mosaic in the apse are beautiful.
