Piatti ottimi, abbinamenti originali ma anche semplici nel rispetto della eccellente materia prima. Tutto buono. In particolare il polpo con paprica, lime e maionese piccante, l'ottima frittura asciutta e croccante, ed una vera delizia: la cheese cake ai frutti di bosco. Prezzo adeguato. Consigliatissimo. Well-kept and welcoming restaurant right in the central square of Castel Gandolfo. Fast and professional service. Excellent dishes, original combinations but also simple in respect of the excellent raw material. All good. In particular the octopus with paprika, lime and spicy mayonnaise, the excellent dry and crunchy frying, and a real delight: the cheese cake with berries. Appropriate price. Highly recommended.

Discreta lista di vini. Prezzi in linea con la posizione. Personale cortese e disponibile. Consigliato. Very particular restaurant with tables on the square, indoor dining room and outdoor terrace. Pleasant background music. Excellent appetizers, first in the standard, very good desserts. Fair wine list. Prices in line with the position. Courteous and helpful staff. Recommended.

Abbiamo rischiato di non averne, allo champagne abbiamo sostituito il prosecco, per le ostriche ci è stato detto che ne erano rimaste solo 5.. Per il resto tutto ok, servizio un po’ da migliorare.. Champagne and oysters? We risked not having any, we substituted prosecco for champagne, we were told that there were only 5 oysters left. For the rest, everything is ok, the service needs to be improved a little.

Per quanto riguarda le portate siamo di fronte ad una materia prima di indiscutibile qualità, abbiamo mangiato crudi pasta frittura e calamari alla griglia tutti i piatti erano veramente cucinati con cura. Il conto é la cosa che più ci ha sorpreso avremmo dato anche 15 euro.in più a Persona senza storcere bocca. Grazie della bella esperienza torneremo sicuramente Really an interesting discovery. First time ever that we try this place, friendly staff and high compliance with anti Covid-19 regulations. As for the courses we are faced with a raw material of indisputable quality, we ate raw fried pasta and grilled squid all the dishes were really cooked with care. The bill is the thing that surprised us most, we would have given 15 euros more per Person without turning up our mouth. Thanks for the nice experience we will definitely be back
