★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tre auto avevo assicurate presso di loro, tolte tutte e tre, ho avuto solo problemi da loro, nemmeno mi hanno avvisato per la scadenza di una polizza semestrale causandomi molti problemi che ho dovuto risolvere da sola con perdite di denaro e disagi. Sconsiglio vivamente e nemmeno una stella darei . Senza contare su come hanno gestito un'assicurazione per un cambio d'auto. Incompetenza totale
Three cars I had insured with them, all three removed, I only had problems with them, they didn't even warn me about the expiration of a half-yearly policy causing me many problems that I had to solve alone with loss of money and inconvenience. I strongly advise against it and not even a star I would give. Not to mention how they handled car exchange insurance. Total incompetence

In 3 anni circa ho perso 2000 euro grazie a Bartolini e Mauri, voglia di aiutare 0 anzi hanno ancora il coraggio di dare la colpa al cliente.
Fosse l'ultima agenzia assicurativa sulla terra, non la consiglierei neanche al mio peggior nemico.
Abbiate la decenza di assumerVi le vostre responsabilità e pagare i Vostri errori, non farli pagare ai clienti.
Neanche una stella darei ma sono obbligata.
I think I've never seen such incompetent insurance.
In about 3 years I have lost 2000 euros thanks to Bartolini and Mauri, willing to help or even have the courage to blame the customer.
Were it the last insurance agency on earth, I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy either.
Have the decency to assume your responsibilities and pay for your mistakes, don't make customers pay for them.
I wouldn't give a star but I have to.
