Nei giorni successivi sono stato contattato insistentemente e quando ho fatto presente che qualora avessi voluto sottoscrivere tale finanziamento avrei contattato io stesso l'agenzia, sono stato trattato con scortesia.
Decido pertanto di rivolgermi altrove. Pur non avendo sottoscritto alcun contratto, mesi dopo, all'atto della sottoscrizione di un contratto di finanziamento con una diversa agenzia, apprendo che l'ufficio Agos di Cuneo aveva comunque proceduto all'apertura di una pratica a mio nome ed ho dovuto richiedere una liberatoria per l'annullamento della pratica in questione.
 I went to this office to get information and a quote. In the following days I was contacted insistently and when I pointed out that if I wanted to take out this loan I would contact the agency myself, I was treated with rudeness.
I therefore decide to turn elsewhere. Although I did not sign any contract, months later, at the time of signing a loan agreement with a different agency, I learn that the Agos office in Cuneo had nevertheless opened a file in my name and I had to request a release for the cancellation of the practice in question.
