Mi reco presso gli uffici il giorno dopo, convinto di poter ritirare il tutto, e molto simpaticamente mi informano che necessitano di un giorno intero per "sbloccare" il pacco che risulta in giacenza. Da premettere che controllando l'esito della spedizione, sul sito BRT,mi informa che posso ritirare la mia merce dal 19 al 24 (informazione non conforme alla realtà dei fatti a detta della receptionist), inoltre, non ho ricevuto alcuna comunicazione da parte del corriere in merito al presunto errore d'indirizzo (che risulta corretto in ogni mail ricevuta). Peccato non poter mettere meno di una stella. Order that should have arrived on 19/06, not delivered because the address is incomplete. Too bad not being able to put less than a star.

Customer service inutile: non aggiunge nulla rispetto a quello che posso controllare da solo online. Mai più BRT! 15 days to get a delivery from the Palermo branch to Bagheria! Mi è stato risposto che "non fanno consegne su appuntamento"! Ps il call center un covo di signore ineducate inadeguate arroganti proprio incompetenti.... Purtroppo prima bartolini era Una garanzia di serietà oggi bho....
