★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always traffic jams. Exiting the toll booths towards Milan is a mess, 10+ lanes converge to 2. Need to fight for position with aggressive cars and trucks !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pay attention to the signs and get in lane early. The card machine is insanely complicated if you've not used I before. Best to either chuck change at the coin machine or go to the tourist section.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware of tolls in Italy. Make sure you go through the correct lanes and don't let vans push you over lanes! Bad experience, ended up with a toll fine going through my first toll booth! I made a very costly error. Wasn't expecting a toll so close to the Airport. I went through card coin toll, however it wasn't do be aware and read up on tolls before visiting. I also lost out as another toll wouldn't give change, even though it stated it did.
Update: I wrote an email in Italian and my toll fine was cleared. Very much looking at translating an email in Italian.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basically you have to queue for sometimes 20-30 minutes to pay for a service which is supposed to reduce your travel time.
The machines are slow and often can't read the tickets. The guys answering the help button calls don't speak English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You know what's funny ? All the reviews here are from people that had to wait a long time so that google thinks we actually "visited" this place (like you visit a store). Those who get to drive through immediately will never receive the prompt to write a review.
Anyway my experience here is bad. Lots of cars, people trying to cut the lines and then holding up the whole line because they can't operate the ticket machine... Chaos.
