Ottimo il servizio telepass, nel senso che la sbarra di alza e quindi non ti schianti con l'auto. La stradale ferma sempre i poveretti che arrivano dalla corsia Viacard perche è l'unico posto in cui si possono fermare con la paletta. Code interminabili per i Neanderthal che ancora pagano in contanti il casello facendo ore e chilometri di coda anziché usare la Viacard. Sia mai che si evolvano nel XXI secolo. In piena notte in direzione milano entro in un casello abilitato al pagamento con la carta. Non si riesce neppure a inserire il biglietto noto che nella corsia a fianco a destra c'e'un'altra auto bloccata con una ragazza a bordo che suona il pulsante di assistenza da 10 minuti. Inizio anch' io a premere il pulsante Dopo altri 10 qualcuno risponde scocciato la ragazza spiega e dice che non funziano piu caselli nessuna risposta . Alla ragazza esce uno scontrino per procedere successivamente al pagamento di 86 euro la ragazza ad alta voce dice che lei ha il biglietto ma non ha fatto un tragitto per quella cifra. L'operatore urlando dice che dovra fare ricorso per cancellare il pedaggio registrato attraverso la targa, lui non ha possibilita di annullare quel pedaggio registrato. .... A me nessuno ha risposto alla chiamata ho fatto retromarcia mi sono infilata nella corsia a sinistra ho pagato tre euro e venti e me ne sono tornata a casa. I inserted the entry ticket into the self service terminal at Gallarate Ovest but it was not recognized (non valido) and I haven't got it back anymore, so I haven't any evidence of toll entry point anymore. I only remember that the entry point was Lago Maggiore. I got a mancato pagamento with an amount of over 80 euros. The customer "care" of Autostrade does not respond to any email and the phone hotline is Italian only. I tried to fax a self-certification form to fax no 00390554202505 but it failed multiple times so I finally decided to pay the penalty 2 days before the payment period expired (15 days) to avoid additional fees. This was the last time I visited Italy!
