★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anche con il Telepass funzionante e l'attivazione dell'addebito diretto a pedemontana continuano a mandare lettere a casa con 3 euro di sanzioni per pedaggi da 50 centesimi... sono arrivati a mandarmi un'agenzia di recupero crediti minacciandomi di togliere punti dalla mia patente e il fermo del mezzo per un pedaggio da 3,70 ho dovuto pagare 16 euro quando io sono in piena ragione perché ho tutto in regola ed è colpa loro che non vanno i loro caselli.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatto tratto per sbaglio. Non si riesce a pagare. Sono giorni che tento. Mandate due peo e una pec per delucidazioni. Nessuna risposta. Ho chiamato anche in Pedemontana laddove un operatore mi ha riferito di problemi per i pagamenti on line, consigliando di pagare ad un punto verde. È comunque un disservizio che paga l'utente che deve pure darsi da fare per capire come pagare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrivata oggi 12/11/21 lettera della società autostrade pedemontana, la data di scadenza il 28/10/21, dove mi chiede il pagamento di 4,50 circa... peccato che nell'orario segnalato io non passavo di lì, o almeno 2 minuti prima, e cmq ho il telepass e in fattura ho il pagamento nell'orario del mio passaggio.. certo che devono essere alla frutta, gli costa di più la lettera dei soldi che chiedono, dove cmq io ho pagato con telepass.

Almeno mi hanno spiegato che il Sito funziona solo Se si apre con specifici browser...Sono tornata a casa e ho scaricato il browser giusto. Ho pagato. Fine della storia.
