★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono una cliente da anni e ieri, come spesso faccio, ho comprato 10 pizzette (0,50 circa cad). Arrivata a casa mi sono accorta che sotto erano bruciate. Ne abbiamo assaggiate 4 ma il retrogusto di bruciato era tropp insistente,Quindi decisi di tornare per farmele cambiare.
La risposta della ragazza in modo imbarazzata è stata :" non so cosa dirle si vedevano che erano bruciate "
Era presente anche la proprietaria seduta dietro al banco che non è intervenuta.mi sarei aspettata un gesto diverso ma niente non mi sono state proposte alternative e nemmeno fatte delle scuse.
Decisi di uscire lasciandoli li la
Merce e sicuramente non ci tornerò più.
Sono veramente rammaricata è una vergogna.
I have been a customer for years and yesterday, as I often do, I bought 10 pizzas (around 0.50 each). When I got home I realized that they were burnt underneath. We tasted 4 of them but the burnt aftertaste was too persistent, so I decided to come back to change them.
The girl's response in an embarrassed way was: "I don't know what to say you could see that they were burned"
There was also the owner sitting behind the counter who did not intervene.I would have expected a different gesture but nothing I have not been offered alternatives and not even made an apology.
I decided to go out leaving them there
Goods and will definitely not be returning.
I'm really sorry it's a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho assaggiato solo i dolci di questo fornaio. In particolare torta alle carote e torta ai lamponi: purtroppo solo discreti i sapori e dall'aspetto (per quanto sicuramente artigianali) poco ispirato.
Prezzi piuttosto alti, in proporzione alle porzioni.

Truly wonderful people the ladies working there were so nice and helpful, I took a lot of cakes and the Salama en ciocolato (hopefully that's correct) was just amazing! Next time that I'm going to Milan I would 100% go back there. Cheers from France !
