Passi che sia caro, passi che non siano molto cordiali, ma quando il rivenditore mi ha detto che io e la mia 'c*zz*' di squadra dovevamo non rimettere più piede nel negozio è stato troppo.
Credo che a questa persona i clienti diano fastidio.. evitate di andarci.. magari lo disturbate!
EDIT: Apprezzo che il rivenditore ammetta di avermi dato il consiglio, ma mi duole ricordargli che il consiglio era effettivamente dato a TUTTA la squadra, si ricorderà male.
Inoltre sapeva benissimo chi ero, visto che per cambiare una pinna in garanzia, ci sono volute 4 visite in negozio e 10 telefonate per un totale di 2 mesi!
Purtroppo non essendo l'unica garanzia richiesta dalla nostra squadra ed essendo il rivenditore poco avvezzo ad assecondare le garanzie, ha pensato di sconsigliarci di tornare nel suo negozio.

EDIT: I appreciate that the dealer admits to giving me the advice, but it pains me to remind him that the advice was actually given to ALL the team, he will remember badly.
He also knew very well who I was, given that to change a fin under warranty, it took 4 shop visits and 10 phone calls for a total of 2 months!
Unfortunately not being the only guarantee required by our team and being the dealer not accustomed to indulging the guarantees, he decided to advise us against returning to his shop.

Roberto è stato paziente e professionale, consigliandomi su ogni cosa è permettendomi di provare tutto ciò che volevo... ha pure chiuso molto più tardi del orario normale solo per permettermi di pensarci e scegliere con calma! E per chiudere in bellezza, mi ha pure aiutato a portare la attrezzatura a casa! Ultra consigliato!
But what to say, I would give more stars if I could! Roberto was patient and professional, advising me on everything is allowing me to try everything I wanted ... he also closed much later than normal time just to allow me to think about it and choose calmly! And to top it off, he also helped me bring the equipment home! Ultra recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. ho portato una bombola da ricaricare collaudata luglio 2021 - ha cominciato a trovare scuse al riguardo e non l'ha voluta ricarica. per fortuna che esistono altri negozi, molto più competenti di questo " signore". da evitare!
Bad experience. I brought a tested cylinder to refill July 2021 - he started making excuses about it and didn't want to refill it. luckily there are other shops, much more competent than this "gentleman". to avoid!
