Vi sapra' consigliare ed aiutare nella scelta migliore su qualsiasi tipo di taglio avendo lui esperienza da cinquata anni nella lavorazione della carne. Oltre al mitico Beppe troverete in negozio altre due pedine fondamentali la moglie Patrizia e il figlio Andrea che aiutano il Beppe nel suo lavoro visto la sua veneranda eta'. Degne di nota le salsicce stagionate ,le quali una volta assaggiate ti fanno ritornare lì anche solo per quelle. Gentilezza e professionalità del proprietario e dei familiari al top.

La sapienza nella scelta dei prodotti e la travolgente cortesia, fanno di questo negozio il punto di riferimento per vivere l'esperienza dei sapori del Casentino. Non si può venire in zona senza passare ad assaggiare il crostino toscano che preparano o i tagli di chianina di una vera, gustosissima "fiorentina".
