Vi esorto a provarlo :) Refined place, I immediately felt at ease for the grace of the place and the expertise and valentia of the barmen. I urge you to try it :)

E' il posto giusto dove poter bere un buon caffè, una cioccolata calda, un aperitivo. Buono il rapporto prezzo qualità, la conduzione familiare garantisce la presenza e l'operatività delle stesse persone con cui stabilire un buon rapporto umano sentendosi come di casa. Very central coffee bar on the Grumula, 6 bank, a spacious room with indoor seating for the cold months and with outdoor tables for the remaining months of the year where you can enjoy the sea air. It is the right place to drink a good coffee, a hot chocolate, an aperitif. Se volete gustare ottimi drink e favolosi snack, Bar sub è una scelta quasi obbligata. Immersi nello splendido scenario delle Rive Triestine sarete serviti da personale simpaticissimo, professionale e davvero competente. 5 stelle non sono abbastanza. <3 Life in this pandemic period can be really tough at times, but finding comfort in the beautiful scenery of Bar Sub, for Mimmo aficionados, is one of those life experiences that fill your heart and life with joy. If you want to enjoy excellent drinks and fabulous snacks, Bar sub is an almost obligatory choice. Immersed in the splendid scenery of the Rive Triestine you will be served by very nice, professional and really competent staff. 5 stars is not enough. <3

Questo è Angelo e lo si trova solo al bar Sub, meglio noto come Mimmo. La sua giovane e amichevole personalità da Boe Szyslak in erba, la semplicità del locale condotto con dedizione dalla famiglia, i suoi cocktail dall'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, le sue Lasko a prezzi estremamente competitivi, la posizione del locale, centrale ma nella zona più tranquilla della riva Grumula di Trieste nonché l'atmosfera giovane e amichevole che Angelo e i suoi clienti sono riusciti a creare, vi condurranno in un'atmosfera unica e indescrivibile. 5 stelle è una valutazione troppo riduttiva. As a frequent bar-goer for "responsible" aperitifs, there is nothing better than being invited to your bartender's birthday and being offered at least part of what you spent with him. This is Angelo and you can only find him at the Sub bar, better known as Mimmo. His young and friendly personality as a budding Boe Szyslak, the simplicity of the place run with dedication by the family, his cocktails with an excellent quality / price ratio, his Lasko at extremely competitive prices, the location of the place, central but in the area quieter than the Grumula shore of Trieste as well as the young and friendly atmosphere that Angelo and his customers have managed to create, will lead you into a unique and indescribable atmosphere. 5 stars is too simplistic an evaluation.
