★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amministrazione di modi melliflui, dalla gestione "invisibile" ed esageratamente costosa. Mai affrontato in modo serio e risolutivo i problemi dello stabile (infiltrazioni, muri ammalorati, impermeabilizzazioni...). Caldamente sconsigliato.
 Administration of smooth ways, with "invisible" and excessively expensive management. Never faced in a serious and decisive way the problems of the building (infiltration, deteriorated walls, waterproofing ...). Strongly discouraged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amministra il mio stabile da tanti e sinceramente non ho mai avuto problemi, anzi la volta che ce ne sono stati si è sempre trovata una soluzione. Mi trovo più che bene.
He manages my building for many and honestly I have never had any problems, on the contrary, the time there have been, a solution has always been found. I am more than happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il peggiore amministratore in assoluto. Molto poco disponibile nei confronti di condomini che versano in evidente difficoltà economica. Contabilità poco trasparente. Pessimo modo di rapportarsi con i propri clienti. Meno male che il nostro condominio l'ha cambiato. Non lo consiglierei neanche al peggior nemico!
The worst administrator ever. Very little available to condominiums who are in obvious economic difficulty. Not very transparent accounting. Very bad way to deal with your customers. Luckily our apartment building has changed it. I wouldn't even recommend it to the worst enemy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo da poco cambiato amministratore e siamo passati a Tergeste. Prima era impossibile non solo controllare i conti ma anche solo vedere l'estratto conto per capire dove fossero andati i nostri soldi!! Qui invece lo pubblicano direttamente su internet sul sito del condominio e lo si può vedere in qualsiasi momento. Per me questa è trasparenza.....
We have recently changed directors and moved to Tergeste. Before it was impossible not only to check the accounts but also only to see the statement to understand where our money had gone! Here instead they publish it directly on the internet on the condominium website and you can see it at any time. For me this is transparency .....

Devo dire che le cose ora sono cambiate, e in meglio, contrariamente a quel che succede di solito. Il personale è pronto, preparato, gentile, professionale. Consiglio a chi ha recensito negativamente qualche tempo fa di accertarsi di quanto sopra ed aggiornare la sua recensione.
A few years ago I made a negative review on the immediacy of response from this real estate agency. I must say that things have changed now, and for the better, contrary to what usually happens. The staff is ready, prepared, kind, professional. I advise those who have negatively reviewed some time ago to make sure of the above and update their review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amministratore serio e affidabile. Alle volte, quando li si contatta per telefono, si fa un po’ fatica a prendere la linea perché spesso occupato. Ma quando poi rispondono sono puntuali e precisi. Bisogna dire che, in alternativa, è possibile scrivere anche per mail e la stessa viene vista e data risposta in tempi brevi.
