"Ci danno appuntamento alle 15.45 di mercoledì (unico giorno della settimana in cui fanno visite) per la visita di un appartamento, arriviamo alle 15.40 e aspettiamo, alle 16, non vendendo nessuno, chiamiamo ripetutamente il numero fisso ma senza ricevere alcuna risposta. Ben dopo le 16.00 ci chiama l'agente dicendo che la persona prima di noi è interessata all'acquisto e che scenderà in agenzia per bloccarlo. Quindi noi (ed un'altra signora dopo di noi con appuntamento alle 16.00) ci siamo presentati e aspettato un'incompetente che fissa visite ogni 15 min e che non si prende nemmeno la briga di preoccuparsi del giro a vuoto che fa fare agli interessati!!! Teniamo presente che molto probabilmente almeno altri 2/3 possibili acquirenti saranno stati ormai in viaggio o quasi a destinazione nel momento in cui (alle 16.15) l'agente ha riagganciato il telefono con noi." Insomma, se buttare via tempo non è un problema allora è sicuramente l'agenzia che fa per voi. Lack of professionalism, fairness and respect !! We keep in mind that most likely at least 2/3 other possible buyers will have been on the road by now or almost destination when (at 4.15pm) the agent hung up the phone with us. " In short, if throwing away time is not a problem then it is definitely the agency for you.
