★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was terribly horrible. I wish to give 0 star if it's possible. Their service ruined our lovely memories in Catania in 1 second.
All of them were rude, especially a lady at the counter. She was yelling at us to put our luggage under the table (so that we couldn't sit at all), she stepped on my foot while I was bringing my coffee from the bar and never said sorry, moreover she was just laughing at me in a bad way. Also when I was lined up for paying bills, she ignored me and take care of another guy who came later than me. I told her that I came first, but she seemed angry and stopped me talking. I know it would be very challenging to work in front of bus terminal with busy atmosphere, but at least they shouldn't be rude.
Thank you very much for spoiling my good memories in Sicily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chill place where you can sit down with a coffee to wait for your bus. Cheap prices, mediocre coffee and food. Staff is passive, not really friendly, do not speak English. The bar is pretty noisy for conversations, as they constantly clink really loudly with the glasses. The toilet is absolutely disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my opinion one of the best coffeebars around town excellent located on the bus terminal and close to central station. They give you the right coffee infusion with a quick and friendly service together with the snacks they offer and the tasty pastericcia - its a place you should go for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ragu arancino I had was a very low quality one: cold, with a tiny piece of cheese and with a very disappointing ragu. The place was full and customers were not properly treated. My advice: don’t come in here.
