Cibo delizioso e veramente abbondante. Antipasti di monti gustosissimi, pasta fatta in casa alla perfezione (peccato per il condimento della boscaiola, c'erano solo funghi ...). Carne squisita, la specialità di Arsita, il coatto, è un piatto favoloso. Dolci all'altezza del resto. Staff molto gentile. Piccole "pecche" nel servizio ed il luogo è molto semplice, ma mangiando te ne scordi subito. Prezzo- qualità ottimo, complimenti per lo Chef!
An experience to be redone ....
Delicious and truly filling food. Very tasty mountain appetizers, homemade pasta to perfection (shame about the dressing of the woodcutter, there were only mushrooms ...). Exquisite meat, Arsita's specialty, the coatto, is a fabulous dish. Desserts equal to the rest. Very nice staff. Small "flaws" in the service and the place is very simple, but eating you forget it immediately. Price- excellent quality, congratulations for the Chef!

Mia mamma ha preso i ravioli molto buoni.. come secondo arrosto misto carne tenera e saporita il giusto io ho preso l'agnello alla brace buonissimo e tenero! Vino rosso quercia nera un Montepulciano d'Abruzzo zona Atessa veramente buono! 1 gassosa e 1 bott.acqua naturale come dolce cheesecake al pistacchio buonissimo e fatto in casa non come tanti ristoranti che lo prendono industriale o surgelato... tartufo bianco con crema al caramello buona e pizza dogge tutto ottimo prezzi ottimi e titolare gentilissimo! Bellissimo panorama dal ristorante con sullo sfondo la visuale del Gran Sasso! Freddo l'inverno ne fa abbastanza essendo vicinissimo alla montagna ?
Great and pleasant discovery! I would put 10 stars not 5! all excellent in 4 we took as first tagliatelle alla boscaiola, gnocchi with mushrooms and fantastic truffles! My mom took the very good ravioli .. as a second roast mixed tender and tasty meat, I took the very good and tender grilled lamb! Red oak black wine a Montepulciano d'Abruzzo area Atessa really good! 1 soda and 1 bottle of natural water as a sweet pistachio cheesecake delicious and homemade not like many restaurants that take it industrial or frozen ... white truffle with good caramel cream and pizza dogge all excellent excellent prices and very kind owner! Beautiful panorama from the restaurant with the view of the Gran Sasso in the background! Cold winter makes enough of it being very close to the mountain ?
