Eravamo dei ragazzi abbastanza inesperti di vino e il proprietario ci ha spiegato e raccontato la storia dei suoi prodotti in modo esaustivo. La degustazione é proseguita nella sua abitazione dove ha aperto 3 bottiglie di spumante buonissime. Tutto ciò accompagnato da una gloriosa degustazione di salumi e formaggi del territorio. Complimenti!! We were greeted warmly and cordially. We were quite inexperienced guys in wine and the owner explained and told us the history of his products in an exhaustive way. The tasting continued in his home where he opened 3 bottles of very good sparkling wine. All this accompanied by a glorious tasting of local cold cuts and cheeses. Compliments!!

Piccola azienda dove "piccola" è decisamente un valore aggiunto, da visitare immersi nella campagna teramana, Bisenti, nello specifico, areale autoctono del suddetto vitigno che affonda le radici nel più antica tradizione viticola abruzzese, oggi più che mai rivalutato e tutelato. Complimenti Matteo! Ciccone, classic method montonico sparkling wine! Superb! Highly recommended !! Small company where "small" is definitely an added value, to be visited immersed in the Teramo countryside, Bisenti, specifically, an autochthonous area of the aforementioned vine that has its roots in the most ancient Abruzzo viticultural tradition, today more than ever re-evaluated and protected. Il metodo classico che ne nasce è tanto raro e unico quanto sorprendentemente ben riuscito. Montepulciano e Cerasuolo confermano senza dubbio alcuno la qualità del lavoro della Cantina. Sbalorditivi alla vista, sorprendenti all'olfatto (il Montepulciano sembra essersi affinato in barrique senza esservi stato), deliziosamente strutturati nel gusto. Se il buongiorno si vede dal mattino, della Cantina Ciccone sentiremo parlare ancora e ancora. Buon lavoro. A very young winery that takes care of a vine like Montonico of which we can feel, with pride, sacred guardians. The resulting classic method is as rare and unique as it is surprisingly successful. Montepulciano and Cerasuolo undoubtedly confirm the quality of the winery's work. Stunning to the eye, surprising to the nose (Montepulciano seems to have aged in barrique without having been there), deliciously structured in taste. Riunire storia, passione e natura in un solo “bicchiere”, per quanto l’azienda possa sembrare piccola c’è un grande sogno e impegno dietro! Valorizzare un’uva ormai dimenticata e portarla alla ribalta tramite una bollicina stupefacente, riassaggiare un Montepulciano e un Cerasuolo propizio come vuole la tradizione. La visita all’azienda è stata di una cordialità indescrivibile, si sente subito la voglia di distinguersi e di crescere mantenendo salde le proprie radici. La degustazione è stata accompagnata da salumi di produzione propria dal sapore unico. Un’azienda che va valorizzata, portando ancora più lustro al nostro Abruzzo che grazie a persone come loro riesce sempre a incantare e stupire! Bringing history, passion and nature together in a single "glass", however small the company may seem, there is a great dream and commitment behind it! Enhancing a forgotten grape and bringing it to the fore with an amazing bubble, re-tasting a Montepulciano and a Cerasuolo propitious as tradition dictates. The visit to the company was of indescribable cordiality, you immediately feel the desire to stand out and grow while keeping your roots firm. The tasting was accompanied by cured meats of own production with a unique flavor. A company that must be valued, bringing even more prestige to our Abruzzo which, thanks to people like them, always manages to enchant and amaze!

We try to come every year to fill the car with bottles :o) Made in the middle of nowhere, protected area with beautiful landscape, from local Montonico grappes. Welcoming people, sharing their enthusiasm for this great region. Worth the visit and the tasting!
