Comprendo che le cattive condizioni metereologiche nn abbiano facilitato l'organizzazione dell'evento, ma essere accusati di aver rubato delle bottiglie di Montepulciano (dopo aver dimostrato di detenere lo scontrino fiscale), nn è il massimo! Non è ammissibile che una cantina di quel calibro neghi l'apertura di bottiglie di vino (regolarmente pagate) poiché a detta loro dovevano essere per forza acquistati ticket che delocalizzavano i presenti in altre aree della cantina (pieno centro del paese). Evito di commentare altre vicessitudini per nn infierire. Cari gestori, x creare il "movimento del vino" e magari attirare investitori e clienti extra regione, dovete necessariamente aprire la vostra mentalità ancora troppo provinciale e limitata. Cosi si perdono anche i clienti più affezionati. Cordiali Saluti My favorite winery (from which I provide myself regularly) before 26.05.19, date of the open cellars event! I understand that the bad weather conditions nn have facilitated the organization of the event, but being accused of stealing bottles of Montepulciano (after proving to hold the receipt), nn is the maximum! It is not acceptable that a cellar of that caliber deny the opening of bottles of wine (paid regularly) since according to them had to be necessarily purchased ticket that delocalizzavano present in other areas of the cellar (full center of the village). I refrain from commenting on other vicissitudes for nn raging. Dear managers, to create the "wine movement" and perhaps attracting extra-regional investors and customers, you must necessarily open your still too provincial and limited mentality. Thus, even the most loyal customers are lost. Kind regards

L'ampia proposta offerta, la cordialità e il packaging sono caratteristiche intrinseche a questa stupenda cantina. The goodness of targati wines San Lorenzo is final but in addition to valuable product, there is a company so attentive to the customer to satisfy any need in which the protagonist must be the wine. The wide offer, cordiality and packaging are intrinsic features of this wonderful cellar.
e	ermeneziana viola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato del vino che non mi viene consegnato dal corriere brt in quanto dovrei pagare la consegna.......che invece è a carico del venditore Ho chiamato la San Lorenzo per lamentarmi e mi è stato detto che è un errore del corriere e che avrebbero risolto e mi avrebbero chiamato nel giro di poche ore..... Sono due giorni che aspetto una risposta..... Mancanza di professionalità e soprattutto pessima attenzione al cliente dopo un errore madornale..... Mai più...... I ordered some wine that is not delivered to me by the brt courier as I would have to pay for the delivery ... I called San Lorenzo to complain and was told it was a courier's mistake and that they would fix and call me within a few hours ..... I have been waiting for an answer for two days ..... Lack of professionalism and above all bad attention to the customer after a huge mistake ..... Never again......

At the end he gave us a list with activities in the area, which he recommends. He even helped us book a table in a local restaurant. 5/5 would recommend!
