Il "banconista" rigorosamente senza mascherina è cortese come un carro armato e ti guarda anche male, insomma se potete evitatelo, anche perché non ha molta voglia di lavorare. Poverino! Neanche ad Amsterdam questi prezzi. Proprietario pessimo! Mi freghi una volta ma perdi clienti. How to push a tourist not to return, different prices if you are a local or not, I was charged € 2.50 for a croissant. Among other things, not even exceptional. Not even in Amsterdam these prices. Il problema sono i proprietari, specialmente il più anziano: antipatici e maleducati. Al biondo ho persino fatto una battuta, chiedendo se almeno, visto che non salutava, poteva regalarmi un sorrisino. Il sorrisino almeno l'ha fatto ma con l'altro, niente da fare. Chi sa, forse saranno pieni di problemi personali, ma ciò non giustificherebbe in nessuna maniera trattare male il pubblico che, in fine dei conti, è chi li da da mangiare. Mi auguro che possano leggere le cattive recensioni e rettificare l'errore. I give two stars only because, according to my particular experience, the hazelnut ice cream was wonderful (one of the best I've ever eaten), so much so that even if not cheap, it was worth the 4 euros of the tub. The problem is the owners, especially the older ones: unpleasant and rude. I even made a joke to the blond, asking if at least, since he wasn't saying hello, he could give me a smile. The smile at least did it but with the other, nothing to do. Who knows, maybe they will be full of personal problems, but that would in no way justify treating the public badly, which, in the end, is the one who feeds them. I hope they can read the bad reviews and rectify the mistake.

Manager didn‘t even bother to care and explain. This place doesn‘t deserve one single customer. There are tons of reviews mentioning the same random and rude behaviour of the staff. Look out for another gelateria in Cetara!

After reading previous reviews, I prepared myself and said buongiorno with a smile which I think is always a good start with anyone. I had a nice cup of cappuccino and a fluffy briochi with creme and marmalade. So good! The Mr was there but I think he warmed up to me because he said bye with a smile as he was leaving. The waitress was very kind as well. Grazie!
