★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been in Italy for 3 months and this is by far the best dessert place I've been. From Gelato to cakes, puffs, ice cream, you name it. Everything has been excellent. I have had no issues with the staff at all. The owners, brothers, the mother, the staff have been amazing. Even invited me to eat lunch with the family and friends. I have been here for breakfast, lunch, dinner, late night drinks, no problems at all. This is a very popular place and gets very busy but the staff and owners are always available and are some of the best in Marina.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious gelato. Two flavours in the small cup, plus whipped cream (Panna)! It can get pretty busy. Pay first then wait your turn to order. They seem to have a celiac cone option.

We have been to this bar 2 times (1 year apart) and both times the customer service was horrible. The staff is very unfriendly and rude, they treat you like they are making you a favour that they serve you. Especially the oldest waiter he was extremely rude, very impolite as he was trowing the money on the table like you give to someone on the street and he was not friendly or professional at all when he took and brought our order.
Honestly beside the fact that the ice cream here is not the best in Vietri, the prices are a bit high but the worst is the service.
They should really take a look at either some training on basic good manners or change the staff because it kills all the vibe for the customers!
Came here 2 times and that’s it !!!
NEVER AGAIN !

Knowing the fame and the name of this venue,I was expecting the top service and politeness from the staff which turned out to be very rude and acting like they were giving you a favour instead of treating customers the way they should.
Prices were quite high for an average ice cream quality which wasn't the best you can find in Salerno.
Very very deluded, I wouldn't advice it even if it was the last ice cream shop on the earth!
