★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un quattro stelle per l'atmosfera, per il bicchiere di Lambrusco che ti scende direttamente nelle ginocchia e te le fa tremare in armonia, per la semplicità dell'offerta che non vuole inseguire il gran spolvero che si sono date tutte le altre botteghe del vecchio mercato, inseguendo Eataly che se ne è preso un bel pezzo. Siamo entrati qui per il bancone del secolo scorso, niente di antico ma sicuro modernariato. E per la clientela, anziani bolognesi intenti nelle loro chiacchiere di paese. Servizio garbato e attento alle richieste. Bei sorrisi. Senza pretese e genuino.
