★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect spot in the beautiful square. We had two big beers and two aperol spritz - €24 came with complimentary nuts/snacks. Staff are friendly. Toilets needed some cleaning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited for our turn in the queue, asked for a seat and the guy left without serving us. After coming back he told us to go sit inside and wait. 15 minutes later they still didn't come with a menu or anything so my girlfriend asked when we could order and they told her to just wait. Another 10 minutes go by and I go ask the same thing and there's noone at the counter to speak to. So we decided to leave. Horrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow but faster then next door Neighbour service, good for a rest in front of cathedral. They don't let you order in the counter and then you cannot tell them what you want and it leads all you to go back to counter again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes, as mentioned by previous reviewers, this place what seems to be a deliberately slow service. You can wait for 15 easily before waiter comes to your desk even though he knows you’re there and would like to order. Selection of bakery and drinks is impressive. Prices are high as expected in such venue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice staff and service. The cafe is right opposite the church of Siracusa, that was exactly the most beautiful moment in my life sitting there and heard the classic guitar play.
I spent only a few hours in Siracusa, and the memorial experience hier make me still moved!
I‘ll recommend the Arancino !
