Incompetent, unpleasant and rude staff. Contracts change as they please and always to the customer's disadvantage. I had to go to the ABF 3 times for disputes with this institution

Vergognatevi caro direttore sei senza attributi. Speriamo andiate tutti in malora visto anche il tipo di banca. Banca sella ma chi siete? Non vi darei nemmeno 2 euro falsi

(Signora bionda alla cassa).dopo aver saputo che sono di un’altra filiale con arroganza mi ha chiesto e cosa viene allora qui!! MA STIAMO SCHERZANDO??? Spero sia stata solo una giornata storta!!
I have always been their customer but we are not in this branch! Really unpleasant staff who treat you with insufficiency! (Blonde lady at the cashier). After knowing that I am from another branch she arrogantly asked me and what is coming here then !! ARE WE JOKING??? I hope it was just a bad day !!
