Se chiedi numero fisso dalle banca non ti danno se chiedi email dalle banca non ti vogliono dare se deve contattare devo andare tutti le volte alla banca,per informazioni sempre devi chiamare a centrale,se chiedi loro qualche informazione dicono dovete chiamare la vostra banca. Loro non lo sanno niente. Veramente una banca troppo strana .Nutile tenere conto corrente qui alla questa banca

If you ask the bank for a landline number they do not give you if you ask the bank for emails if they do not want to contact you I have to go to the bank all the time, for information you always have to call the central office, if you ask them for information, they should call your bank. They know nothing about it. Truly a bank too strange. Need to keep current account here at this bank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto scortese e maleducato con un atteggiamento rascista nei miei confronti, dopo ore di tentativi telefonici sono riuscito a parlare con una ragazza che al momento era impegnata con un cliente, la risposta "adesso non ho tempo sono con una persona se ha bisogno venite in banca", in banca mi trovo un uomo molto scortese che non mi da neanche il buongiorno, spiego il mio problema e mi dice che lui non può fare niente che devo parlare con centralino di Roma, alla fine sono andato via senza nessuna risposta e trattato malissimo ,vado via in un altra banca.
Very rude and rude staff with a rascist attitude towards me, after hours of phone attempts I was able to talk to a girl who was busy with a client at the time, the answer "now I don't have time I'm with a person if she needs to come in bank ", in the bank I find myself a very rude man who doesn't even say hello to me, I explain my problem and he tells me that he can't do anything that I have to talk to the switchboard in Rome, in the end I left without any answer and treated very badly, I go away to another bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci troviamo senza un conto corrente da un giorno all’altro perché la sede è stata trasferita e questa informazione l’abbiamo chiesta alla gelateria di fronte. No un avviso, no una chiamata, no messaggio di avviso del trasferimento della sede e di conseguenza anche il conto corrente, nessuno avviso! Da precisare che quando il conto viene trasferito non ti risultano soldi perciò il tuo saldo è a 0. Vi rendete conto che sono spariti i soldi, si sono trasferiti e tutto questo nel silenzio più assoluto. La prossima settimana io e il mio compagno cambieremo banca perché a quanto pare questo gruppo non è affidabile!!!
