★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono diverse settimane che non funziona l'ATM per il prelievo (e spesso non funziona nella sua totalità). Se siete clienti decidete di prelevare allo sportello... armatevi di pazienza perché vedo spessissimo che c'è coda! :/
The ATM has not been working for several weeks (and often does not work in its entirety). If you are a customer you decide to withdraw at the counter ... arm yourself with patience because I often see that there is a queue! : /

Gli sportelli sono gestiti da un personale molto svogliato e maleducato, che fa aspettare inutilmente i clienti in sala d'attesa, mentre si fanno palesemente i fatti loro...un'uscita per il caffè, una telefonata di tipo personale e un po' di pettegolezzo sulle colleghe. Mi sono ritrovata (dopo 25 minuti di attesa) ad andarmene senza aver fatto quello che dovevo. E meno male che era vuoto!! Ogni volta la stessa storia, per loro la priorità è prendersela con comodo e bere il caffè al bar durante l'orario di lavoro, anziché far passare i clienti!
If it were possible, I would put 0 stars! The counters are managed by a very listless and rude staff, who make customers wait unnecessarily in the waiting room, while they obviously go about their business ... an exit for coffee, a personal telephone call and a little of gossip about colleagues. I found myself (after 25 minutes of waiting) leaving without doing what I had to do. Luckily it was empty! Every time the same story, for them the priority is to take it easy and drink coffee at the bar during working hours, rather than letting customers pass!
