★ ★ ★ ★ ★ scortesia pura,quando si risponde si dice nome e cognome visto che il cliente si presenta nome e cognome...inefficienza pura, scarsità di educazione nei rapporti umani, banca capace solo a prendere e mai a dare, sembra che fanno favori ma sono ben retribuiti...mi hanno fatto segnalare al CRIF perché avevo sconfinato di 48 euro ,senza darmi alcun avviso, sono paziente oncologico e per chiudere il conto ora gdevo per forza andare in filiale senza appuntamento, quando fino a ieri era tutto per mail causa covid che io non posso rischiare.... VERGOGNA...SE POTETE STATENE ALLA LARGA
