V	Valentina Simion on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veramente..molto scoraggiante per chi ha appena aperto un conto corrente con loro ..ho dato 3 stelle nella speranza che il direttore di questa filiale o chi di dovere legga le recensioni negative ,e faccia qualcosa...io ho aperto il conto online scegliendo questa filiale senza leggere le recensioni..sicuramente non l'ho avrei fatto se avessi letto prima tutto negativo..speriamo che si rendono conto e fanno qualcosa in merito a quello che i suoi clienti hanno lamentato Really ... very discouraging for those who have just opened a bank account with them ... I gave 3 stars in the hope that the manager of this branch or whoever should read the negative reviews, and do something ... I opened the account online choosing this branch without reading the reviews..sure I wouldn't have done it if i read everything negative first..hope they realize and do something about what its customers have complained about

N	Nuccio Siano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto personalmente modo di verificare l'assenza, in un paio di impiegate locali, della qualità fondamentale che attiene a qualunque tipo di lavoro abbia a che fare con il pubblico: assenza di cortesia che si traduce in questo specifico luogo in un atteggiamento respingente. Sorprende inoltre come persone così siano lì ad accogliere clienti che, come il sottoscritto, presso quella struttura bancaria, ma fortunatamente non in quella filiale, hanno in deposito i propri sudati risparmi. I personally had the opportunity to verify the absence, in a couple of local employees, of the fundamental quality that pertains to any type of work having to do with the public: absence of courtesy which translates into a repulsive attitude in this specific place. It is also surprising how people like this are there to welcome customers who, like myself, at that bank, but fortunately not in that branch, have their hard-earned savings on deposit.

Vergognoso a dir poco e vengono pure pagati I just have to put a signature to close an account and they pretend to make an appointment via email and they don't even answer. Shameful to say the least and they get paid as well

Per fortuna che ho chiuso il conto!! Vergognoso It is absurd that to get the account statement I have to go to the branch .. after having requested by email and tried to call several times without success in order to avoid this totally useless appointment. Luckily I closed my account !! Shameful

Il telefono è la cosa più stressate che ci possa essere per qualsiasi utente voglia accedere al servizio. Rendessero l’agenzia online … sarebbe più semplice! They might leave just one employee to run this agency… but the director alone isn't enough to fill the clerical void. The phone is the most stressed thing there can be for any user who wants to access the service. They made the agency online ... it would be easier!
