Ho scrtitto Un commento negativo su filiale su google ,e poi ho mandato un avviso legale al ufficio centralw per chiusura conto. Mi hanno mandato email che sono un straniero maleducato e non gradito e non rispettoso! e mi bloccano la carta! Figurati!chiudete il conto per favore! Banca con bassisimo servizio di cliente e non rispettoso!Prendete stupendio per dare servizio!non offendere alla gente! Vergognate! Vi ho fatto una denuncia! After three months of requesting to close my account, ignore my phone 14 times, ignore all my emails! I wrote a negative comment about branch on google, and then I sent a legal notice to the central office for account closure. They sent me emails that I am a rude and unwelcome and disrespectful foreigner! and they block my card! Imagine! Close your account please! Bank with very low customer service and disrespectful! Take stupendous to give service! Do not offend people! Shame on you! I made a complaint to you!

Near there's a Coop market (just to add some info) and the staff are very welcoming and nice. In case you're Iranian, this bank is one of the banks that let you have a bank account in Italy, and accepts money transfers (up to 1000Euros/month) from Iran.
