★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante sul sito sia scritto diversamente, l'operatore si è rifiutato di attivare la mia carta di credito universitaria affermando che fosse "preferibile" dirigermi alla sede vicino all'Università, con sguardo piuttosto minaccioso. Ho preferito non rispondere. Penso sia ai limiti della tollerabilità avere così poca voglia di lavorare.
Although the site is written differently, the operator has refused to activate my university credit card stating that it was "preferable" direct me to the headquarters near the University, with look rather menacing. I preferred not to answer. I think both of tolerance limits have so little desire to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho telefonato per prendere un appuntamento per poter pagare un MAV rilasciato dalla banca stessa e mi é stato detto con maleducazione di rivolgermi alla mia banca.
Quando l'ho informato di avere una banca con soli servizi on line
mi ha risposto "e allora cambi banca!"
L'impiegato che ha parlato con me dovrebbe seguire un corso per imparare l'educazione, dato che non gli è stata insegnata da chi avrebbe dovuto farlo.
Sconsiglio eventuali utenti a rivolgersi a questa sede!
I phoned to make an appointment to pay for a MAV issued by the bank itself and was rudely told to contact my bank.
When I informed him that I have a bank with only online services
he replied "and then change banks!"
The employee who talked to me should take a course to learn education, as he was not taught by who should have done it.
I do not recommend any users to contact this office!

VI DENUNCIO PER FURTO VISTO CHE NON POSSO RITIRARE I MIEI SOLDI.
Questo dopo aver fatto un'ora di coda per raggiungere questo bancomat ed essere passata ad un altro che era ugualmente chiuso. Vergognatevi.
ATM NOT ACCESSIBLE !!!!
I REPORT YOU FOR THEFT SINCE I CANNOT WITHDRAW MY MONEY.
This was after queuing up for an hour to get to this ATM and moving on to another one that was also closed. Shame on you.
