★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno oggi mio padre (di anni 84) sì è recato in questa filiale per un pagamento F24 ed è stato trattato in maniera poco civile da parte del responsabile di filiale, la sua unica colpa?? Non avere preso l’appuntamento...
Il responsabile ...quella persona con tale carica che dove essere solo un esempio per i suoi dipendenti , poteva spiegare la medesima cosa senza essere maleducato alzando la voce ( per non aggiungere altro...).
Bastava utilizzare un atteggiamento che ogni essere umano con un minimo d’intelligenza ed educazione può avere,non serve una laurea per essere rispettati, il ruolo che riveste è pubblico, appunto per questo deve svolgere tale lavoro nel rispetto di chi ha difronte indipendente dalle dinamiche.
Doveva rispettare mio padre anche solo per l’età che portava.
