Incompetenti,maleducazione, lassismo e poca professionalità del personale,non sanno nemmeno loro da che parte sono girati,si passano le incombenze uno con l'altro perché nessuno sa come risolvere i problemi.La direttrice...mamma mia!una cafona,maleducata e altezzosa che ti spiega le cose come se tu fossi un bambino dell'asilo o peggio un handicappato.

Incompetenza e grande perdita di tempo.
Devo dire che in tanti anni non ho mai mai sentito delle parole del genere da parte di un dirigente, il rispetto per tutti i clienti deve esserci sempre.
Le banche fisiche dovrebbero sparire nel più breve tempo possibile perché sono inutili quanto le persone che ci lavorano al loro interno.
