Rude staff, inefficient service. Payment prints are invisible, as they evidently ran out of printer ink in 2000.

Sono fuori per lavoro, e non essendo fisicamente a Corigliano, ed avendo bisogno di alcuni documenti non posso riceverli, perchè nessuno risponde o nessuno che ti può aiutare. Ma mettere una persona al centralino no? Io sono sempre più allibito
I think it is inhumane, but above all disrespectful, to have no help from this branch. I'm out for work, and not being physically in Corigliano, and needing some documents, I can't receive them, because no one answers or no one who can help you. But putting a person on the switchboard right? I am more and more stunned

È da giorni che non riesco ad entrare nell'app per via del limite massimo di errore nella compilazione del PIN.L'assistenza clienti Unicredit nazionale mi ha dato questo numero per risolvere il problema ma non rispondono da giorni.Lo trovo assurdo che uno debba recarsi in filiale per via di un errore che può essere accidentale nel log in , disattivandoti persino l'app.
Absolutely negative feedback.
I have not been able to enter the app for days because of the maximum error limit in filling in the PIN.The national Unicredit customer service gave me this number to solve the problem but they have not answered for days. I find it absurd that one should go to the branch due to an error that can be accidental in the log in, even deactivating the app.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In periodo di covid la banca dovrebbe ricevere i clienti per gli sportelli solo su appuntamento, ho preso appuntamento ma il personale lo ha ignorato e ho dovuto fare la fila per essere ammesso nella banca. La fila, tralaltro, si è ammassata nell'area prelievo (dove stanno i bancomat) quindi al chiuso e al caldo con buona pace per il distanziamento sociale!
During the covid period, the bank should receive customers for the branches by appointment only, I made an appointment but the staff ignored it and I had to queue to be admitted to the bank. The queue, by the way, is crowded in the withdrawal area (where the ATMs are) then indoors and in the warmth with all due respect for social distancing!
