В эту сумму входит карточка (которая работает только в европе) и 15 операций (будьте готовы к дополнительным платежам если вы привысите лимит), управление счётом по интернету (сделано достаточно удобно).
Just like in a pharmacy, it's definitely not about this bank. The staff is not competent, the information is at variance with reality. A bank account costs from 4 euros per month. This amount includes a card (which works only in Europe) and 15 operations (be prepared for additional payments if you exceed the limit), account management via the Internet (done quite conveniently).
